Steve has post-graduate qualifications – Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and draws upon his Chartered Accountant background to advise boards in such matters.
Steve currently advises a number of company boards as company secretary including both ASX listed companies and a number of university spin-off companies commercialising university generated technologies.
Steve also is a non-executive director on a number of boards including an ASX listed company and a not-for-profit company.
